U Spoju s Odjelom za mlade otvorena izložba „Let there be drums“, autora Stipe Suraća, poznatog zadarskog fotografa. Izložba donosi impresivan niz rokenrol fotografija koje bilježe energiju, ritam i strast glazbenih trenutaka.
Organizator izložbe je Američki kutak Gradske knjižnice Zadar i može se razgledati od 19. studenoga do 6. prosinca 2025. u prostoru Spoja.

Stipe Surać je zadarski slobodni fotoreporter. Njegove fotografije objavljene su u člancima i reportažama u raznim novinama i časopisima u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Na primjer hrvatska izdanja National Geographic Traveler i Geo, objavila su više od 60 njegovih reportaža, od kojih je 17 bilo na naslovnicama.
Osim toga, više od 2000 njegovih fotografija objavljeno je u raznim knjigama o hrvatskoj prirodi, kulturi, destinacijama...
Član je foto agencije 4corners i Hrvatske udruge slobodnih umjetnika. Dostupan je za angažmane diljem svijeta u područjima uredničke, komercijalne i pripovjedačke fotografije.
Stipe Surać je fotograf koji zna snimiti vrhunski portret, zapanjujući snimak prirode ili inovativnu fotografiju, njegove fotografije imaju dušu. Stipe ima talent uhvatiti savršen trenutak u vremenu i prostoru, otkriti motiv koji obično oko ne može vidjeti, snimiti fotografije koje su pojedinačno višeslojna priča same po sebi.
Spoj and the Youth Department have opened the exhibition "Let There Be Drums", by Stipe Surać, a famous Zadar photographer. The exhibition brings an impressive series of rock and roll photographs that capture the energy, rhythm and passion of musical moments.
The exhibition is organized by the American Corner of the Zadar City Library and can be viewed from November 19 to December 6, 2025 in the Spoj space.

Stipe Surać is a freelance photojournalist from Zadar. His photographs have been published in articles and reports in various newspapers and magazines in Croatia and the world. For example, the Croatian editions of National Geographic Traveler and Geo have published more than 60 of his reports, 17 of which were on the covers.
